Visit of delegation from the People's Republic of China

State Secretary, Stanisław Szwed, met with Qiu Xiaoping, Deputy Minister of Human Resources and Social Security of the PRC.

The purpose of Minister Qiu Xiaoping's visit was to exchange knowledge and experience in the field of labour, employment and social protection in view of the challenges facing the labour market, namely the economic downturn and technological revolution. “At present, Poland and China are faced with similar problems that are challenging for our ministries,” said Minister Szwed, referring to the statement of Minister Qiu Xiaoping.

Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy and the Ministry of Human Resources of the People's Republic of China during the meeting.
