Meeting of Labour Ministers

Secretary of State Stanisław Szwed took part in a regional meeting of the ministers of labour and social affairs of the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia and Slovakia, which was held on 1 June this year in Bratislava.

The subject matter of the meeting was the illegal posting of workers, identification of effective measures to prevent such cases and strengthening of cooperation between countries in this area.

Ministers talked about what can be done in the framework of regional cooperation to prevent illegal employment and illegal posting of workers, and to ensure equal treatment of workers in the same situation as well as protect their social rights.
