Minimum pensions have increased

Since 1 March, the minimum old age pension, invalidity pension and survivor's pension have increased more than PLN 100, up to PLN 1000.

This way, they reached the level of 50 per cent of the minimum wage. So far, the lowest pension has been PLN 882.56. The right to the minimum pension was granted to women who have career length of at least of 20 years and men who can demonstrate 25 years of career.

All benefits will also be indexed. The minimum guaranteed increase will be PLN 10.
