Today, 14 members of the new Codification Commission of Labour Law were appointed. Its purpose is, among others, to produce drafts of codes: individual and collective labour law.
The Codification Commission of Labour Law is a team of independent experts. The first one was created by Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 20 August 2002, and started functioning in October 2002. The Commission's term of office lasted four years. It was chaired by Prof. Michał Seweryński.
