Department of Social Dialogue and Social Partnership
Responsible for tasks pertaining to the collective labour laws, monitoring social conflicts and using the list of mediators, as well as for coordinating issues pertaining to the cooperation of the minister competent for labour with organizations of social partners, notably trade unions and associations of employers, and with social dialogue institutions and with the International Labour Organization. The Department is also responsible for fulfilling the Minister’s tasks as regards the profession of psychologist and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
