He was born in 1974 in Rzeszów. He is married and has five children.
He received a master degree in Sociology from the University of Warsaw. He completed the post-graduate National Security School and a doctoral programme in Economics at the Institute of Labour and Social Studies. He worked as a journalist and a head of department in Dziennik Gazeta Prawna. He was also deputy editor in chief of Rzeczpospolita, Wprost and Rzeczy wspólne, a quaterly magazine.
He was co-author of the Governmental Programme of Family Policy 2006-2007 and social advisor of the Minister of Labour and Social Policy. He works as a social policy expert at the Sobieski Institute and the Association of Large Families 3+ (Związek Dużych Rodzin 3+).
He received the Economic Award of the Union of Entrepreneurs and Employers, the Krzysztof Dzierżawski Award, the Tulip of the National Life Day, the Sharp Pen prize of BCC and the Primus in Agendo prize, awarded by the Minister of Labour and Social Policy.
