· competent authorities – i.e. the minister, or ministers, in charge of the domestic social security system,
· liaison bodies – they communicate with each other “over the borders”, exchange documents and information in order to streamline and facilitate your managing with social security;
· competent institutions – you approach them to claim for benefits, and they grant and pay the benefits.
All these institutions shall provide you with information, e.g. on social security schemes in EU countries, shall make available to you the EU regulations with lists of involved institutions in Poland and in other EU countries.
