Information on accreditation requirements
Accordingly to art. 12 of Convention on Protection of Children and Co-operation in Respect of Intercountry Adoption (Concluded 29 May 1993) a body accredited in one Contracting State may act in another Contracting State only if the competent authorities of both States have authorized it to do so.
Polish central authority requires following documents:
All documents should be translated into Polish, verified and legalized (e.g. apostille stamp).
Accreditation issued by Polish central authority is valid for two (2) years in general.
